The Lecture of Safety and Health
Thank Dongguan’s Popular Science Health Service Center for dispatching emergency expert Mrs.Cai and expert Ms.Ying to take the lecture of Safety and Health for all staff of Fully Trusty Company. It not only teaches us a lot of practical knowledge and skills, but can be used in our daily life to help others in emergency. At the same time, it also can protect ourselves using these methods.
The content of this lecture are as followings:
1.Correct methods dealing with emergency, such as shock, stun,electric shock,fracture,wound,blooding,choke,hyperthermia,car accidence etc. and knowledge of saving life in the face of natural disaster, such as thunder,flood,earthquake,typhoon and so on.
2.CPR rescue knowledge onsite, for example, do chest compressions, open airway, perform artificial breath, carry out save by oneself.
3.How to do with industrial accident in company, such as burn, trauma etc.
4. Prevention and improvement of common disease for employees in the workplace,such as cervical spondylosis, lumbar muscle strain, varicose veins,epidemic-prone enteric diseases, radiation etc.
5. Employees’ mental health. For instance, how to relieve stress and overall fatigue and so on.
6. Food safety in daily life.For example, how to balance diet and prevent food poisoning.
