How do you print on the lenticular?
We print lenticular images mainly by two methods:
a. inkjet printer: It can print as large as 1100mm in width and 2400mm in height. It is suitable for large format and small quantity. We have more than 10 large format printers and we can print more than 500 square meters each day.
b. Offset printing press: This is our main business line. We use the latest print press -------Heidelberg, which is in a perfect working condition. It has the advantages of matching color accurately, checking block easily, and adding ink homogeneously with the installation of permanent dealing, full automatic printing and fixed position.
There are two kinds of approaches for lenticular offset printing.
One is UV Printing----directly print the images on the flat side of the lenticular sheet to achieve the desired lenticular effects. It is also called lenticular printing or 3D special printing;
The other is the conventional printing. We print the images on the paper, and then laminate it to the back of the lenticular sheets.
Each method has its advantages and disadvantages. We will choose the suitable printing method according to the needs of our customers. (Refer "What do we need to tell you before you can quote?")
